Mr Majabin bin Dalinus was born on 16 August 1955 in Kg Binaong, Keningau. He is married to Rosnani @ Rosenani Muda and they have 4 children -1 girl and 3 boys.

Majabin is currently the PBS Divisional Head for Bingkor and is a member of the PBS Supreme Council.

Before venturing into politics, Majabin was attached to the Sabah Paddy Board as Paddy Assistant in 1980 and as a Technician with Telecom Department from 1981 until 1985. As a member of the PBS, he was appointed to various positions as Pemaju Mukim, Political Secretary and a member of the Keningau District Council.

For his contribution to the State, he was awarded the Bintang Setia Kinabalu (BSK) in 1992 by the Yang diPertua Negeri Sabah.
