Mr Jublee KK Zen was born on 16 February 1941 in Beluran, Sabah. He is married to Ransiding Miru @ Hildah and they have 7 children -3 girls and 4 boys.

Jublee is currently the PBS Divisional Head for Sugut and is a member of the PBS Supreme Council.

Trained as a teacher, Jublee served in various teaching capacities from 1961 until 1971. From 1974 until 1985, he served with the National Registration Department as a Registration Clerk before venturing into full-time politics.

He once served as the Member of State Legislative Assembly, People Development Leader (Pemimpin Kemajuan Rakyat) and Political Secretary during the PBS term as State Government.

Jublee is a member of the Labuk/Sugut District Council since 2002.

For his contribution to the State, he was awarded the Ahli Darjah Kinabalu (ADK) in 1987 by the Yang diPertua Negeri Sabah.
