Ispal bin Haji Adok was born on 10th October 1938
in Semporna, Sabah. He is married to Puan Iffa bt
Haji Uthic and they have 7 children - 4 daughters
and 3 sons.

Ispal is currently a member of the PBS Supreme Council
and is heading the PBS Sulabayan Division.
OKK
Ispal was the Semporna District Council Superintendent
from 1961 until 1972. He was the Assistant District
Officer of Semporna and Eexcutive Officer of the Semporna
District Council from 1972 until 1985. In 1985, he was
appointed as a District Chief, a post he held until
his retirement in 1993.
In
recognition for his numerous services to the State,
he was awarded the Bintang Kinabalu (BK) in 1986 and
the Ahli Darjah Kinabalu (ADK) in 1988 by the Yang diPertua
Negeri Sabah.
