Hon. Mr. Johnny Goh Chin Lok was born on 13 February 1957. He is married to Evelyn Sigar and they have 4 children.

Johnny is currently a member of the Sabah State Legislative Assembly (MLA) for the N.12 Inanam constituency since 13 March 1999.

He holds a Diploma in Public Administration from the Mara Institute of Technology, Malaysia.
