TAMBUNAN: Deputy Chief Minister-cum-Rural
Development Minister Datuk Joseph Pairin Kitingan said the
Government spent RM783,140 to implement various development
projects in Kirokot, here, between 2005 and 2006.
He said
it is the Government's aspiration to see that every village
in the state enjoys the benefits of development.
However,
he said the Government would not have been able to resolve
the rakyat problems in general.
"The
allocation of project is based on priority and that other
problems would be addressed in phases," he said at

on Thursday.
On other
developments, he said the open house concept would forge
stronger bond including unity among the people irrespective
of religious beliefs.
Later
he announced allocation to construct six Bailey bridges,
two at Kampung Libang Laut worth RM14,250, two at Kampung
Rumuyuh Geras worth RM20,000 and two at Kampung Kumawanan
worth RM20,000.
He also
presented six mock keys for Hardcore Poor Home (PRT) to
