Datuk Jublee KK Zen was born on 16 February 1941 in Beluran, Sabah. He is married to Ransiding Miru @ Hildah and they have 7 children -3 girls and 4 boys.

Jublee is currently the PBS Divisional Head for Sugut and is a member of the PBS Supreme Council.

Trained as a teacher, Jublee served in various teaching capacities from 1961 until 1971. From 1974 until 1985, he served with the National Registration Department as a Registration Clerk before venturing into full-time politics.

He once served as the Member of State Legislative Assembly, People Development Leader (Pemimpin Kemajuan Rakyat) and Political Secretary during the PBS term as State Government.

Jublee is a member of the Labuk/Sugut District Council since 2002.

For his numerous contributions to the state, he was awarded the Panglima Gemilang Darjah Kinabalu (PGDK) medal in 2008 which carries the title "Datuk" and the Ahli Darjah Kinabalu (ADK) in 1987 by the TYT Yang di Pertua Negeri Sabah.
