		This book is a compilation of 21 years Presidential Speech (in Bahasa Malaysia) from 1985 until 2006 by the Centre for Development Studies and Consultancy (CDSC), a wholly-owned body of PBS, involved in research and consultancy studies. 		This book entitled "The making of a Malaysian" is a compilation of the many speeches by the Hon. Datuk Seri Joseph Pairin Kitingan during his tenureship as the Chief Minister of Sabah. The speeches are compiled into a book form by Datuk Stanislaus Yee Fong Chun, the former Press Chief to the Hon. Datuk Seri Joseph Pairin Kitingan.
